1. No Exceptions

Because the Software is digital in nature and provided with a highly capable free version for testing and evaluation, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. By purchasing a subscription, you expressly acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

2. Scenarios Where Refunds Are Denied

To be absolutely clear, refunds will NOT be issued for any of the following reasons (including but not limited to):

• You "forgot" to cancel your subscription before renewal.
• You no longer use Google Gemini.
• You found an alternative product.
• You do not know how to use the Software.
• Google updates their UI and temporarily or permanently breaks the extension.
• Your account was terminated for violating our Terms & Conditions (e.g., account sharing).
• You purchased the wrong subscription tier.
• You expected a feature that was not explicitly advertised on our website.

3. Chargebacks and Fraud

If you attempt to bypass this policy by issuing a chargeback or dispute through your bank, credit card company, or payment provider:

• Your license will be immediately and permanently revoked.
• We will submit evidence of this agreement and your usage logs to the financial institution.
• You may be banned from purchasing future products from the Developer.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future billing. However, cancelling a subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing cycle. You will retain access to Pro features until the end of your paid period.
